The electrical components in the voltage regulator cabinet: compensation transformer, voltage regulator transformer, air switch, button, indicator is intact.
The fasteners in the regulator cabinet must be securely fastened, and the wiring is not allowed to fall off. If it falls off, it should be firmly fastened.
Check the carbon brush and transmission system of the voltage regulator transformer: rotate the servo motor shaft by hand, should be able to rotate, and in the rotation process, the three-phase six groups of carbon brush of the voltage regulator must be observed with the naked eye in the same straight line, if there is a deviation, it must be submitted to the factory debugging personnel to correct.
After the arrival of the regulator, the user will open the box within a month to check and install, so as not to affect the quality of the product.
